3. Other personnel access management

(1) Other personnel entering the company must be approved by the leaders above the department head, and other personnel without approval are not allowed to enter the company gate. The approved visitors must also fill in the questionnaire, wear masks and measure their body temperature. They are allowed to enter when their body temperature is normal and they are not from the epidemic area, and those whose body temperature is "abnormal" or from the epidemic area are not allowed to enter Do not release and report to administration department in time;

(2) All other personnel or visitors entering the company shall be arranged in the designated area, and the place shall be set in the meeting room on the first floor, waiting for the reception of relevant personnel;

4. Interviewers management

The interview personnel must obtain the approval of the company's personnel director, register at the gate guard, measure the body temperature, fill in the questionnaire, and only when the body temperature is normal and the personnel are not from the epidemic area can they be released to the conference room on the first floor for interview. The personnel with "abnormal" body temperature or from the epidemic area are not allowed to be released and reported to the administrative department for handling;

(2) Strengthen environmental management and disinfection

1. Air conditioning is not allowed in office buildings and workshop offices, and windows are opened for ventilation to maintain indoor air circulation;

2. Assign special personnel to disinfect public places such as dormitory, toilet, canteen, hall, meeting room, office, workshop, passage, corridor, toilet, garbage can and public use equipment to ensure at least 2 times of disinfection every day; 84 disinfectant shall be used according to the concentration and use method recommended in the operation manual (the concentration of toilet, toilet and garbage collection point can be adjusted to 2000mg / L) The above areas should be sprayed and disinfected. 1. During the period of epidemic prevention and control, in order to reduce the gathering of personnel, all departments and workshops suspend the morning meeting and train meeting, and the recovery time will be notified separately. If emergency treatment and meeting are needed, wechat / enterprise group and other communication software shall be used for teleconference;

2. Except for the personnel needed for work (such as warehouse batching and pulling), other department personnel shall not be allowed to shift to other posts;

3. Focus on temperature detection and disinfection for some staff with more contact personnel (such as doorman, cleaner, material puller, canteen staff, etc.);

4. The company's employees must wash their hands frequently, especially when they come into and out of the environment with dense flow of personnel or touching objects that may have pathogens, such as using printers, copiers and other public equipment. Now, all toilets and dormitories are equipped with hand washing and disinfection products;

5. Smoking is not allowed in the office. Smoking should be carried out in the designated place (smoking area). When smoking, employees should keep a distance of more than 1.5 meters. It is forbidden to smoke in groups;

(4) Strengthen staff dining management

1. Canteen dining to ensure that "at least contact, at least cross", to promote their own meals or tableware, dining departments must be in strict accordance with the "prescribed time, place, distance" of the "three fixed" principle.

(1) Dinner time:

3. Canteen hygiene. Check and implement the safety and health measures of the canteen. The canteen is forbidden to purchase live poultry and fish without slaughtering and quarantine. It is forbidden to provide lettuce. Non disposable tableware must be steam sterilized. The processing link is strictly separated from raw and cooked. The restaurant service personnel must carry out temperature measurement and keep the test record before work every day. They must wear gloves, medical masks, protective clothing and protective caps during operation. (5) Strengthen the management of accommodation staff
