At present, there are two kinds of speeds in Taiwan and domestic presses, which are called high speed, one is high speed 400 times / min, and the other is 1000 times / min. If the speed of your commodity mould is 300 times / min or higher, you should choose 1000 times / min punch. Because the equipment can not be used to the limit, and generally there is no forced lubrication system for presses within 400 times / min, only grease lubrication is used in the joint part, and the structure of the punching needle is sliding block type, so the precision can not be guaranteed. In the long-term work, the wear is rapid, the accuracy is reduced, the mold is easy to be damaged, and the equipment and mold maintenance rate is high, and delay time and harm the delivery time.

High precision punch not only can produce good products, but also has less damage to the mold, not only saves the mold maintenance time, but also saves the maintenance cost.

After sales maintenance

(1) Press manufacturer reply and repair speed.

To find out whether the punch manufacturer has a local after-sales service point, and whether the problem can be solved immediately.

(2) Maintenance cost. It's cost-effective to choose and purchase equipment. If the after-sales maintenance costs a lot, it's not a wise choice to purchase this kind of equipment. The service life of punch is relatively long, so we should add the current price and after-sales price together to make a comprehensive choice.

(3) The maintenance level of the manufacturer. Some simple problems can be solved by themselves without going to the manufacturer.
