The technical measures of punching machine sound insulation room are simple and have good noise reduction effect. They are widely used in noise control engineering. The sound absorption of materials focuses on the reflected sound energy on one side of the sound source, and the target is to reduce the reflected sound energy; the sound insulation of materials focuses on the scattering sound energy on the other side of the outgoing sound source, and the target is to reduce the scattered sound energy. The difference between sound absorption materials and sound insulation materials is that the reflection of sound absorption materials to the emitted sound energy is not large, which means that the sound energy is easy to enter and pass through such materials; it can be imagined that the materials of such materials should be porous, loose and breathable, which is the typical porous sound absorption materials.


The structural type of the sound insulation room is: there are many micropores in the materials, which are connected with each other, from the surface to the inside, that is to say, they have certain air permeability. For sound insulation materials, to weaken the scattering of sound energy and block the transmission of sound, it can not be as porous, loose and breathable as sound absorption materials. On the contrary, its materials should be heavy and dense, such as steel plate, lead plate, wall and other materials.
