In accordance with the spirit of the "Notice on Issuing the Fifth Batch of "Made in Zhejiang" Standards Plan in 2018" by the Zhejiang Brand Construction Federation (Zhe Pin Lian (2018) No. 29), a joint application by our company and Zhejiang Jinaolan Machine Tool Co., Ltd. The standard formulation of "High Rigidity Semi-closed Precision Single and Double Point Press" is included. The standard is organized and formulated by Zhejiang Institute of Metrology. Our company and Zhejiang Jinaolan Machine Tool Co., Ltd. are the first drafters of the standard. This is the second time that our company has drafted the "Made in Zhejiang" standard.
On January 9, 2019, a kick-off meeting for the formulation of the standard was held in our company. Participants of the meeting include leaders at all levels, including the lead unit Zhejiang Institute of Metrology, Xiangshan Market Supervision Bureau, and Huang Bi'ao Township Government; the leaders in charge of the two standard drafting units and relevant personnel who drafted this standard; the meeting also specially invited Industry technical experts such as the National Standardization Technical Committee of Forging Machinery, Zhejiang Quality Qualified Product Evaluation Association, Ningbo Institute of Technology of Zhejiang University, Ningbo Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute and other industry technical experts; Ningbo Heli Mould Technology Co., Ltd. also participated in the meeting Co., Ltd., Ningbo Yunsheng Electric Technology Co., Ltd., Tieniu Group Co., Ltd., Xiangshan Rongfeng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and other customers and supplier representatives.
The main contents of this meeting are:
1. The lead unit introduces the "Made in Zhejiang" standard concept and formulation requirements;
2. Establish a standard working group and determine the list of members of the working group;
3. The main drafting unit introduces the company's situation and product characteristics, the development of standards and the next step plan;
4. The members and experts of the working group discuss the draft standard and determine the main content and framework of the standard.
This standard emphasizes the use of automated processes and equipment throughout the entire process of product processing from raw materials to finished products, and will not pollute the environment during the product life cycle. To a certain extent, it improves the quality and life of products and improves the use of metal resources. To avoid waste of resources, conform to the advanced nature of "intelligent manufacturing" and "green manufacturing".
