The popularization and application of high-speed precision punch press in China has created a new milestone in production rate and quality in many fields. Many friends in the need to improve productivity and introduce new punch equipment, will consider a better choice, that is, high-speed precision punch. However, many people do not know how to use the high-speed precision punch because they do not know what requirements, around the understanding may not get very good results, may also be cheated by others to buy an inappropriate punch.

1. Stamping product type, have you used high-speed precision punch before? This kind of problem can make our punch manufacturers analyze and understand whether it is suitable to use which type and specification of punch press.

2. What type of stamping material is it? Is it metallic or nonmetallic? What is the thickness of the material? High speed precision punch is all must press metal materials, the material thickness is generally within 3 mm, if the material can not meet the requirements, then it is probably not suitable for use.

3. Whether the stamping material is coil material and whether the total width of the material is too large? The whole process of stamping and feeding requires automatic feeding by the feeder, which does not support manual feeding. Therefore, it is not suitable for the material to be rolled or too wide.

4. What is the requirement of stamping times per minute? Some enterprises may not have a high speed to punch, but high-speed precision presses are generally in the range of 200-800 per minute, so less than 150 times, we do not recommend using them.

5. The tonnage of high-speed precision punch is required. It is better to consult and communicate with the punch manufacturer if the tonnage you want is determined. If you can, you'd better show detailed drawings and samples for calculation.
