1. First, clean the punch sound card rack completely to improve the accuracy of the level reading; do not need to feed during adjustment, but be sure to raise the guide screw on the guide plate first, and then elbow the punch to hit the hammer slowly Adjust it to the bottom dead center. In addition, you must pay attention to the guide plate not to press the wave bar too low, otherwise it will cause the wave bar to bend or break.

When starting the punch feeder to continue punching the die, be sure to turn the feeder speed adjustment screw clockwise. The slider moves slowly, so that you can recognize whether the slider is touching the polyester pad and the length fine-tuning screw when the slider moves back and forth.

2. The slider moves back and forth during debugging. If you only touch the nylon washer and do not touch the length fine-tuning screw, it is because the swing lever is not lowered deep enough, and the bow guide screw on the punch needs to be slowly lowered. If the slider only touches the length fine-tuning screw and does not touch the nylon washer when the slider moves back and forth, it is because the wave lever has been lowered too deeply, and the guide screw on the punch needs to be slowly raised.

3. If the slider moves between the length fine-tuning screw and the nylon washer and the distance between the two sides is equal, then the screw should be rotated in a counterclockwise direction to adjust the screw to make the slider speed normal, and the slider can be touched when reciprocating. Nylon gasket and spacer ring. If the punching rate remains the same, and the feeding distance must be reduced from length to shorter, first raise the guide screw, lower the fluctuating lever to reduce the distance, and then turn the speed adjustment screw clockwise, so that the feeding can match the punching rate.
