The punch must maintain the level when processing, so as to make the workpiece more accurate. What should we pay attention to when we adjust the level? Here is a brief introduction.
No feeding is required for adjustment, but the guide screw on the guide plate shall be raised first, and then the punch hammer shall be slowly adjusted to the bottom dead center by inching method. In addition, foreign affairs must pay attention to that the guide plate shall not press the floating rod too low, otherwise the floating rod will be bent or broken. When starting the punch feeder for continuous stamping, it is necessary to rotate the speed adjusting screw of the feeder clockwise, so that the slider moves slowly. Only in this way can we know whether the slider touches the nylon gasket and the length adjusting screw when it moves back and forth.
2. During the trial run, the slide moves back and forth. If the slide only touches the nylon gasket but not the length adjusting screw, it indicates that the floating rod does not drop deep enough. The guide screw at the edge of the punch should be moved down slowly. If the slider moves back and forth, it only touches the long and short fine adjustment screw, but not the nylon gasket, it is that the floating rod falls too deep, and the guide screw at the edge of the punch needs to rise slowly.
3. If the slider moves between the long and short adjusting screws and the nylon gasket, and the distance between the two sides is equal, rotate the speed adjusting screw in the counter clockwise direction to make the speed of the slider normal, and make the slider touch the nylon gasket and the spacer ring when it moves back and forth.
