How to reduce noise and sound of precision punch

1、 The selection of sound-absorbing materials for precision punch can effectively reduce the sound. There are five parts of the sound insulation board. The noise enters the sound-absorbing cotton according to the small round hole of the perforated plate. One part converts the energy into energy consumption according to the vibration of glass wool wire, and the other part is blocked by the thick steel plate on the surface, so as to achieve the same purpose of absorption and isolation. The sound absorption material is located in the middle of the sound-absorbing board. The material is glass wool products. It is used to absorb the sound kinetic energy. It is the key component of noise reduction raw materials.


2、 The reverberation time of precision punch workshop and the noise value of each noise source are clear. The reverberation time refers to the time when the indoor noise is stable. After the sound source of precision punch stops pronunciation, the residual noise is reflected in the room and absorbed by the boundary layer, and the average sound density is reduced to one hundred thousandth of the original standard value. The longer the reverberation time is, it means that the noise is reflected several times in the workshop, and the kinetic energy attenuation speed is relatively slow. Under the same standard of sound source, the noise in the workshop with long reverberation time is greater than that in the workshop with short reverberation time.

3、 The sealing solution of sound-absorbing board is that several small sound-absorbing boards are assembled into a closed body in the whole production line. Therefore, in order to ensure the noise reduction effect of precision punch, the gap between each sound-absorbing board must be well controlled during design and manufacturing, which is generally 1-2 mm. In order to prevent noise as far as possible, according to this gap to harm the effect of noise reduction, sealant is generally used to carry out gap sealing.


4、 Because of the heat caused by the operation of the equipment and the heat preservation characteristics of the sound-absorbing material glass wool, the temperature inside the production line is usually 3-5 ℃ higher than that outside after being closed. When noise reduction works are carried out, the exhaust fan is usually installed on the top of the sound insulation wall to draw away the hot air in the closed air, which makes the internal negative pressure. The external gas can be injected into the interior through the sound insulation wall. In order to prevent the effect of noise reduction, the low noise fan should be used when the exhaust fan is used.
