1. The balancer (lining material, pressure regulating valve) failure

Treatment method: Check whether there is air leakage on the top and bottom of the balancer cylinder. If so, please remove and replace the balancer lining.

2. Pneumatic piping problems (loose and cracked air pipes, quick connectors) processing method: check whether the air pipe joints are embrittled or damaged. Yes, remove and replace the connector.

3. Die cushion problem

Treatment method: Check whether the air tank is cracked and leaking.

4. OVERLOAD failure

Treatment method: disassemble and check whether the inner lining is damaged. If yes, upgrade the lining.

5. Air leak in the punch filter

Solution: Check whether the filter oil mark is cracked.

6. Solenoid valve (internal gasket) failure

Solution: Check whether the solenoid valve is stuck by dirt.
